Although strictly speaking not predictive astrology, a chart can be set up for any city or country in the world to define the direction of developments, and how others will perceive them. Challenges on the horizon can be predicted once the current planetary movement is inserted into these charts.

The majority of countries and major cities have been allocated a date and time of 'birth', which their birth sign or grouping can be identified. Water sign places, such as Venice may be renowned for their 'water' content and Air sign countries or towns may be 'windy' places. Water or Earth sign countries will be tend to be less active in the world than Fire sign countries.
