Midheaven (MH)

Also known as Medium Coeli (MC) or Zenith.

The highest point above the horizon in the chart where the ecliptic crosses the local meridian, which is always exactly opposite the Imum Coeli (IC) or the Nadir. It is one of four major points in the birth chart and is at the top of the chart (beginning of the tenth house). It represents public life and reputation.
