By nature, they're suspicious and distrusting, although, surprisingly, they tend to almost naively trust their own feelings and gut hunches. They often let their heart rule their head, and they can have trouble making rational, detached decisions.

Although their over-sensitive nature can make them very intuitive, it can also make them moody and subject to emotional upsets. They are thin-skinned and often pick up negative vibrations from others.

They have powerful nurturing instincts and a strong need for emotional security. Things that offer a sense of protection become very important, such as family, home, money, material belongings and traditions. They have a great deal of apprehension regarding matters outside of their own personal control, and change, risk-taking, and opinions differing from their own are things that pose a challenge to their security, and are usually rejected accordingly.

There is a nurturing aspect associated with this position, which makes them likely to be the one looking out for the underdog. They are very careful about how they spend their money, and so are likely to accumulate wealth.

They have a tendency to hide their inner thoughts and feelings, and they often have a self-protective coating where emotions are concerned.
