The attraction between Aries and Libra is a common occurrence but not a long lasting one, for these are two different characters with widely varying personalities. The powerful initial attraction arises because they are opposites, and in certain areas each supplies what the other lacks. Whilst they're immediately attracted to each other, tensions also immediately arise. Libra looks for harmony and peace, while restless Aries wants action and adventure.

The Arian is not above using the Librans inferiority complex to their own advantage, and may heartlessly attempt to keep Libra down especially if there has been a loss of respect in the relationship. This is not likely to last too long as the Librans love of love and wandering ways will soon put jealous Aries in a combatant mood, which in turn repels the peace loving Libran.
